About Us
THAI ROLLED ICE CREAM originated from street food vendors in Thailand, and is now becoming viral on social media. Since then, the popularity of rolled ice cream has grown rapidly, and we are honored to be able to share this in the greater Seattle area. This uniquely made dessert is created by selecting a base cream mixed in with a choice of a flavor, and then adding a few toppings to give it a finishing touch. This twist, on traditional scooped ice cream, magically solidifies before your eyes.
AT COLD PLATE, the customer’s experience begins with a warm greeting from our staff, while being entertained as the ice cream is made in front of your eyes. You can either choose from our signature flavors or create your own. Alongside the ice cream, our menu includes a variety of teas (cheese, milk, fruit), acai bowls, and more.
